The El Pinar estate, formerly Octavia, is home to a farmhouse from the late nineteenth century belonging to a long-standing Valencian family, within the Golden Mile of Bétera.
This is a classical Valencian Masía, with characteristic architecture and historic decoration, including tiled floors and a cosy fireplace.
Our gardens represent a clear example of the Mediterranean garden with water channels, a well, and an imposing pine forest. We also have olive fields that allow us to continue producing a small run of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
El Alto has its own private vegetable garden where it grows the fresh produce used in its gastronomical creations. We grow the vegetables and herbs which are characteristic of our customs and traditions. Products of the land direct from the vegetable garden to the table.
