Perfect presentation, a strong eye for detail, and trust in our team are the three main pillars established by Isabel Alfaro Lassala,  founder and owner who continues to be closely involved.

Our Executive Chef Esteban Martinez Cerezo, heads up the team on a daily basis: with his extensive experience in gastronomy and catering companies, he brings a contemporary style to traditional favourites. Our production manager, Pau Pérez Verdú, oversees operations to ensure we maintain the stringent quality standards established since our very beginnings. Our work philosophy is rooted in each and every team member being fully committed to the client and the success of their event.

All our cuisine is homemade with local products… and lots and lots of affection! Because we firmly believe in the art of eating and the importance of dressing the table. Because our cooking is modern and dynamic, adapting to best suit the customer and setting. And because every single detail is taken care of so that the end result is absolutely perfect!



Well-prepared food, using recipes handed down by family tradition – we have refined the art of eating and dressing the table over the generations. All our cuisine is homemade with local produce and great affection – bringing fresh produce from our own vegetable garden along with other locally produced and Mediterranean ingredients to the table where the quality speaks for itself.

We firmly believe in the richness that results from combining traditional aspects such as aromas and flavours with innovative elements such as textures or compositions to provide an unforgettable culinary experience, thanks to the work of our great chefs.


We start out with the objective of adapting to our clients and their chosen setting: for this reason our culinary proposals are fun and up-to-date – because we know that in many situations the background and the form are equally important.

Our foie truffle is a classic, goat cheese ‘lollipops’ are a delight, and some of our desserts are especially designed to surprise both visually and on the palate.


Because we are very aware of the importance of the quality and origin of the raw materials we use, we have created a line of menus rich in vegan and organic products, and others tailored to vegetarians or coeliacs, for example. Always ensuring the products used are fair trade. From the field to the table!
