We’d like to introduce you to this historic 16th-century estate, originally cultivated without irrigation, where the best wines and oils of our region were produced from 1792 to 1936 when it changed to citrus farming. Careful restoration work has respected its original structure and the noble materials used in its centuries-old winery and oil mill.
