HISTORY
Grupo El Alto is the story of a Valencian family dedicated body and soul to quality restaurants and catering excellence. In the early 1980s Isabel Mª Alfaro Lassala founded this company which today, almost four decades later, is still run by her children, Isabel, Ignacio and Fernando Aliño.
Its origin permeates the values of the El Alto Group: passion, dedication and professionalism. Over the years, it has become the essential reference in the Valencian Community, organising the best weddings, the most exclusive events and the most memorable parties and celebrations.
The spaces where Grupo El Alto carries out its activities usually have an important link with our territory, places such as the Castillo de Alacuás, the Masía Aldamar or the Palacio del Negrito, all of them with passionate histories for centuries, with a strong tradition and an architecture and interior design that guarantee unique and memorable experiences.
